Tadarise - erectile dysfunction medication based on Tadalafil. Tadarise comes in different strengths, unlike many other Tadalafil-based drugs that only come in 20 mg pills. The primary purpose of this medication is to assure a firm, lasting erection to men who generally have problems gaining and maintaining it or who have been diagnosed with impotence. The drug works up to 36 hours, during which time it is possible to have a number of erections, when aroused, of course. 

Tadalafil (PDE5-inhibitor), as the active ingredient of Tadarise, was authorized by the FDA for successfully overcoming the problem of impotence in men. Tadalafil (PDE5-inhibitor) assures that when a man is sexually aroused his penis receives a steady flow of blood to the cavernous tissue of the penis for as long as needed, i.e. until the ejaculation. Tadarise starts working within 30-60 minutes after ingestion and its effects last for up to 36 hours. During that time it is possible to have a satisfactory erection every time when aroused. Erections will not occur outside the sexually stimulated state.

Tadarise comes in several different strengths - 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg and even 60 mg. Many people are tempted to go for the highest dosage, but the fact is that even the lower ones will be just as efficient. For proper dosage of the medicine it is best to consult a doctor. Tadarise is taken when needed, approximately one hour before intercourse, preferably on an empty stomach. The maximum allowed dosage is one pill within a 36-hour period.

Since certain medical conditions and medications may interact with Tadarise, it is best to consult a doctor before using it. This especially applies for heart, liver and kidney diseases, penis abnormalities, high blood pressure, history of stroke, drugs based on nitrates, alpha-blockers and hypertension medication. Tadarise should not be combined with alcohol or recreational drugs. In some cases, Tadarise may cause a prolonged, painful erection, a condition called priapism. People with a history of this condition should avoid Tadarise.

Tadarise may cause some unpleasant side effects, such as nausea, indigestion, heartburn, headache, nasal congestion and irregular heartbeat. Those symptoms normally go away once the drug leaves the system. However, more serious side effects such as very high blood pressure, a drop in low pressure, palpitations, chest pain, hearing and vision problems and fainting, require immediate medical attention.
